The new, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The top floor consists of an open space bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both floors have air conditioning and heating.
There is an outdoor table with four chairs so that you can enjoy your meals outside while taking in the relaxing view of the Tigullio gulf and Portofino in the distance. The terrace and area around the villino is for your exclusive use.
On the road you have a reserved parking spot. There are 88 steps from the road down to the villino.

The apartment has air conditioning, heated floors and a fireplace with ample olive wood at your disposal.
The fully furnished kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, small table with two chairs. The living area has a large table with four chairs, a corner sofa, TV and wifi.
The long portico and the terrace in front of it (with the splendid view) are for your exclusive use.
